By combining different tunnel ovens with different biscuit molds, the developed in-house biscuit production line is able to produce various kinds of baked food such as cookies, bread, cakes, chips, etc. It is comprised by control system, cut sheet laminator, feeding machine, dough rolling machine, rotary moulder, rotary cutter, and tunnel oven, among others. We have got CE certification for this automatic biscuit processing line.

Apex adopts only the devices from Allen Bradley for the control system consisted of variable frequency drive, PLC, touch screen, and so on. The joint control parts allow the biscuit processing system to accelerate or decelerate simultaneously and proportionally, realizing a continuous dough sheet producing result.
The ovens Apex supplies are varied in combustion methods, mainly divided into direct-fired oven, indirect-fired oven (radiant or convective), and hybrid oven. Natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas are alternative.

Up to now, Apex has accomplished the project of 1000mm hard biscuit production line &12m direct-fired gas oven for Kraft in Pakistan. And the cooperation item with Quest Nutritious to provide them a set of 1200mm multifunction biscuit production line with rotary cutter, rotary moulder, and wire cut cookies machine is in progress. This biscuit line is used for producing high-protein food. And the tunnel oven of the line is provided by AFE (our shareholder in United States).
