1200mm Biscuit Production Line for Pet Food in Howlong Australia in 2020
APEX provided a pet food production line for a Australian customer in 2020. The 1200mm biscuit production line is equipped with presheeter, gauge roll, rotary moulder, 24m electric oven designed with automatic tracking system and cleaning system, etc. We also offered them a dough feeding system for easily feeding dough to presheeter.

Due to Covid-19, our technicians cannot be assigned for on-site installation. Based on our online guide, the customer successfully installed the biscuit production. Till now, the biscuit production line runs smoothly in their factory.

1200mm White Love Cookie Line for Maohua in China
In 2016, APEX developed a new production line for White Love Cookies with an American Engineering Team. This biscuit production line is designed with a rotary template depositor. It's also equipped with automatic feeding system to packing machine, which is used for the production of chocolate filled biscuits.

APEX has since introduced a lot of technologies from the US company, and the American engineering team who frequently visits APEX’s factory provides regular guidance for the production of equipment and often does research and development together with our Chinese engineering team.

1200mm high-protein biscuit production line for a corporation in America in 2015
For this partner, Apex was required to offer them a high-protein biscuit production line with tipping machine and dough cutting machine. The line should be compatible with their indirect-fired oven.

We suggested them the 1200mm multifunction biscuit production line to meet their high-protein biscuit production purpose. The line is well equipped with dough cutting machine, 4-roll feeder, 3 gauge roll, rotary cutter, rotary moulder, wire cutting machine, salt spreader, and recycling devices.

Since the large hardness of high-protein dough, the diameter of feeder rollers, rotary moulder, and roll cutting machine should be enlarged relatively. And the diameter of rollers for dough cutting machine should be accordingly expanded to 300mm /300mm /400mm.

The compact type molds for roll cutting machine are appreciated since the raw materials of high-protein goods are extremely expensive.
Devices of the control system which incorporates PLC, variable frequency drive, touch screen, and contactor are from Allen Bradley.
All of the motors, wires, electric cabinets and other electric parts in this biscuit production line are in line with UL standards.

Automatic Paper Cup Loading and Tin Loading System for Cookies
APEX has produced about 10 automatic cookie production lines for the clients in China, Malaysia and Indonesia. This bakery equipment is equipped with paper cup denester, 3-4 cookies loader to paper cup, cookie loaded paper cup collector, tin loader, etc. It can realize fully automatic operations from Cookies to Paper Cup to Tin and Tin Sealing.

Automation System
In 2010, APEX set up a factory engaging in the production of automation systems after baking. At the beginning, our systems were mainly used for Jiangmen Mondelez. Now our automation systems have been exported to the USA, Indonesia, Malaysia, etc. We are able to provide customized solutions to achieve the automation during the production of baked products, including stacking, sandwiching, chocolate enrobing, cooling, tray loading, and automatic feeding to different packing systems, cartoning, etc.

Sandwiching Machine
In 2007, APEX set up a factory specializing in the production of biscuit sandwiching machines. Our biscuit sandwiching machines are widely used in the biscuit factories China and South East Asia. We currently provide 1 lane to 6 lanes sandwiching machines and the running speed can reach 600pcs sandwich biscuits/minute/lane. We also produce lane multipliers and row combiners for in-line flow wrapping. Our pineapple jam sandwiching machines are widely used in Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, etc. With a pneumatic cream blocking system, our sandwiching machine has the no-bottom-biscuits-no-cream function. Till now our sandwiching machines have been exported to Indonesia, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, the USA, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, India and many other countries.

1200mm Biscuit and Cookie Production Line for Meiwei in China
From 2016 to 2017, APEX produced 6 production lines for Meiwei in 2 food factories. The production lines are used for the production of crackers, hard biscuits, soft biscuits and cookies. The biscuit production lines are equipped with a 70m hybrid gas oven.
APEX also offered 6 lanes sandwiching machine and automatic packing system for them.

1000mm Biscuit and Cookie Production Line for Weimeizi in China
In 2018, APEX produced a multi-function cookie production line and a cracker production line for a customer in Fujian. The biscuit production lines are designed with a 60m electric baking oven. The cracker production line is equipped with sheet laminator and rotary moulder.

There is also a baking oven for moon cakes in this factory which was produced by APEX.

1200mm multifunction biscuit production line for Lee Biscuit (Malaysia) in 2011
In 2011, Apex produced a biscuit production line for crisp biscuits, hard biscuits, and cookies for Lee Biscuit, who required the line must include a complete set of biscuit processing devices such as horizontal mixer (850kg), cut sheet laminator, transmission line, rotary cutter, rotary moulder, cookie machine, egg brushing machine, milk recycling machine, hybrid oven (60m), cooling conveyor (90m), biscuit stacker, and packaging platform (33m).

According to their requirements, we recommended them the 1200mm multifunction biscuit production line, which features 5 heating zones and both direct-fired and indirect-fired heating methods. The control system of the oven is from FLYNN (United States). And pre-heating function is included for the line.

The rolls for laminator and gauge roll of the line adopt high chrome rolls for rust protection purpose.

The joint control device makes it possible for the food processing machine to accelerate or decelerate simultaneously and proportionally, by which the dough sheet will be produced uniformly.

We adopt high performance electric parts for this biscuit production line, for example, the motor is from SEW, the touch screen and control elements are from Siemens, the bearings are from SKF and the PU is from Ammeraal Beltech.

1000mm hard biscuit production line for Kraft Foods (Pakistan) in 2014
In 2014, we offered a hard biscuit production line with vibration-type flour spraying machine and direct-fired oven for Kraft Foods. The biscuit line was required to be compatible with the existing lines in Kraft.

We recommended Kraft the1000mm production line for hard biscuit in consideration of their requirements. This line incorporates presheeter, gauge roll, rotary cutter and vibration-type flour spraying machine. The 12m direct-fired furnace whose control system is from Flynn shows compatibility with Kraft’s existing furnaces. Pre-heating function is available for the line.

High chrome rolls are adopted on the gauge roll for rust protection purpose.

We have equipped this biscuit production line with joint control device to let it accelerate or decelerate simultaneously and proportionally, thus ensuring a uniform dough sheet producing result.

High-performance devices such as the motor from SEW, the control components from Siemens, the bearings from SKF, and the PU belt from Ammeraal Beltech are adopted for the biscuit manufacturing line.

1200mm soda biscuit production line for Jingyizhen Food in 2015

Apex produced a production line for soda biscuit with mid-range motor for Jingyizhen Food in 2015. Our 1200mm soda biscuit production line with stack machine, gauge roll, and 60m oven was suggested for Jingyizhen according to their demands. Vertical mixer is proposed for secondary fermentation of the dough. We also advised them to use hoist considering their actual manufacturing condition.

For this soda production line, we adopt Guomao motor, control components from Schneider, bearings from Harbin and PU from Ammeraal Beltech.
