Automatic Biscuit Turn-Over & Automatic Biscuit Flap Up Feeding To Packing Machine

This system will get two lanes biscuits from upstream conveyor and one of the two lanes biscuits will get turn over. Through vacuum belt, it will align and stack the 2 lanes biscuits, flapping up and feeding to packing machine automatically.

The following flow packing type (two-in-one biscuit for single pile) can be realized:
*1 pile pack x 2 biscuits/ pack
*2 pile packs x 2 biscuits/ pack
*3 pile packs x 2 biscuits/ pack
