Chocolate bean forming device
The chocolate bean machine is used for producing various kinds of chocolate beans. The shapes of the chocolate beans are determined by the bean moulds, which can be divided into flat round type, olive type, triangle type, cashew type, and spherical type, etc.
Features of chocolate bean making machine
Neither the environmental temperature nor the humidity will have influence on the production process since the whole line is running under sealing condition. Two set of moulds are prepared for the chocolate bean machine to produce 2 kinds of chocolate with different shapes. It shows excellent performance of lower energy consumption, larger production capacity, and higher efficiency comparing with traditional chocolate bean processing machine.
Working process of chocolate bean forming equipment:
The chocolate slurry will be poured into moulds by auto feeding device (a tank insulation system with feeding pump). Under a cooling condition from -30℃ to -28℃ of the moulds, the chocolate will be molded instantly and delivered to the cooling tunnel (5℃-8℃) for further forming. Finally the molded chocolate beans will be deburred by rotating drum. Both the moulds and the conveyor adopt stepless speed control mechanism.
